We represented an architecture firm to negotiate an Owner-Architect Agreement with a real estate investment and development firm for the tenant interior build-out of about 80,000 sq ft in a three-story, Class-A office building, including about 30,000 sq ft of lab space and 50,000 sq ft of office space.
