We represented an architecture firm to negotiate a one-year, yearly renewable master agreement, written as AIA Document B121–2018, Master Agreement Between Owner and Architect for Services provided under multiple Service Orders, and an initial service order – AIA Document B221–2018, Service Order for use with Master Agreement Between Owner and Architect – for a project in a major city’s central business district, with the owner of a tall tower.
