We represented an architecture firm whose client’s project was put on hold due to owner-side partner disagreements. Our client and one partner wished to withdraw amicably, allowing the remaining partner to use the existing design work. We crafted custom language for a license and settlement agreement addressing intellectual property concerns, facilitating the transfer of specific files while limiting our client’s liability, enabling a smooth exit for our client, while preserving positive relationships with all parties.
