We represented the development arm of an integrated real estate firm in an Owner-Design-Builder Agreement for the first two prototype luxury homes in a residential development for the Stipulated Sum of $1.8 million, including negotiation of the initial AIA Document A145–2015, Agreement Between Owner and Design-Builder for a One or Two Family Residential Project and, later, its Design-Build Amendment, Exhibit A, to formalize costs and schedules after the design-builder advanced the design to the point where it could guarantee cost and schedule.
