We recorded a $500,000 mechanics lien related to a comprehensive renovation of a multi-family residential building in a major metropolitan area. Our engagement was undertaken for a design-build firm known for its expertise in revitalizing urban properties and creating modern living spaces. The project encompassed extensive renovations to both common areas and individual residential units, requiring not just architecture and engineering, but coordination and management of various subcontractors and trades.
