We helped a general contractor respond to a detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) for a substantial construction project. The RFP included extensive specifications, including doors / frames, glass / glazing, drywall / carpentry, demolition, acoustical ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, millwork, fire alarm, sprinkler system, plumbing, HVAC, electrical work, and concrete. The project budget exceeded $5 million, and the RFP included various alternate specifications. Following a competitive bidding process, our client was awarded the job, and we negotiated the final Owner-Contractor Agreement, ensuring favorable terms for our client.
