Representing a privately held commercial real estate investment and development firm, we drafted and negotiated various agreements to develop an industrial project. The project involves the construction of an approximately 180,000 sq ft industrial building with 45 semi-truck docks on a roughly 12-acre site. As is typical in such transactions, we worked closely with the client to ensure the agreements met the requirements set forth in the client’s agreements with its investors, lenders, and equity partners. The project was successfully leased to a single tenant and sold upon substantial completion, achieving the client’s goal for the project.
