Firm Negotiates Developer’s Agreements for $41M Industrial Project

Representing a privately held national real estate investment and development firm with a significant portfolio specializing in industrial properties, we developed both a custom Owner-Architect Agreement and a custom Owner-Civil Engineer Agreement for a new 431,000 sq ft industrial building on a 40-acre site. The project, with a construction budget over $41 million, includes design and construction of a state-of-the-art facility featuring over 75 semi-trailer dock doors to support high-volume industrial logistics operations. The Owner-Architect Agreement covers the architectural and engineering services for the building itself, while the Owner-Civil Engineer Agreement addresses the significant site improvements, including about 3,000 feet of roadway upgrades crucial for access and functionality. This project is still in development, and we anticipate negotiating the substantial Owner-Contractor Agreements in the near term.
