We represented the construction manager to negotiate an AIA Document A133–2019, Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Construction Manager as Constructor where the basis of payment is the Cost of the Work Plus a Fee with a Guaranteed Maximum Price, for an 8,000 sq ft luxury private residence with a hard construction cost budget of $3.1 million.
