We represented a general contractor to negotiate an AIA Document A421–2018, Master Agreement Between Contractor and Subcontractor where Work is provided under multiple Work Orders, with an initial $1.1 million work order – a custom work order template loosely based on AIA Document A422–2018, Work Order for use with Master Agreement Between Contractor and Subcontractor, but revised for our clients’ unique workflow – with our client’s demolition subcontractor for selective demolition on a substantial project.
