Owner-Contractor Agreement for Industrial Facility Conversion

We represented a general contractor to negotiate a $3 million contract with a property owner for a 20,000 sq ft remodel of an industrial building. The project converted the building into an office, kitchen, and food preparation space. The scope of work included trenching, new plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, office build-out, and interior/exterior masonry.
