We represented a general contractor to negotiate an AIA Document A104–2017, Abbreviated Form of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor, for a phased project with a stipulated sum of around $1 million: Phase 1A: Core and Shell construction; Phase 1B: Interiors preconstruction services; Phase 2: Interiors construction.
