Agreement for Interior Design and Furniture, Furnishings, and Equipment (FF&E)

We represented a design firm to negotiate an agreement with a derivatives trading firm for select renovations within their existing two-floor office space of over 56,000 sq ft in exchange for a $150,000 professional services fee. The agreement included interior design, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) design, and some architectural services.
